Ο εκπρόσωπος του κυβερνώντος κόμματος της Τουρκίας Mahir Ünal, χαρακτήρισε ως πρόκληση την καταστροφή μιας πλάκας που είχε τοποθετήσει η τουρκική κυβέρνηση για να υπενθυμίσει την συμμετοχή της σε εργασίες συντήρησης και ανάπλασης σε ένα νεκροταφείο στην ανατολική Ιερουσαλήμ.
Στο βίντεο ισραηλινοί αστυνομικοί καταστρέφουν την πλάκα κάτι που η Άγκυρα χαρακτήρισε ως μεγάλη πρόκληση.
Και ο Ünal συμπλήρωσε λέγοντας τα παρακάτω… εκπληκτικά:
«Πρόκειται για μια κίνηση από την ισραηλινή Αστυνομία η οποία φανερώνει το μεγάλο μίσος που τρέφει κατά της σημαίας μας, της ημισελήνου και του αστεριού, που έχει γίνει σύμβολο των καταπιεσμένων σε όλο τον κόσμο»!
